This role sits at the centre of how Clio is run: the functions that set financial discipline, build organizational capability, and drive company-wide strategy and execution.As a Staff level PBP, you are not simply executing People strategy, you are shaping it.



You serve as a principal advisor to C-suite leaders and their leadership teams, influence Clio's People programmes at a company-wide level, and set the standard for what exceptional People partnership looks like.
