Become a part of CAA ERS as a Call Centre Counsellor, focusing on delivering essential emergency road service support. This full-time role calls for strong communication and multitasking capabilities.
In this permanent position, you'll respond to inbound inquiries and accurately record information about member emergencies. You'll manage a high volume of calls and must stay well-informed about CAA Saskatchewan’s offerings and resources related to emergency services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle member requests for emergency road services
• Accurately record details in the windows-based database
• Manage large call volumes in a friendly manner
• Maintain knowledge of services and products
• Demonstrate composure and judgment under pressure
Requirements:
• Excellent qualified communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Common-sense decision-making skills
• Basic computer abilities required
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License necessary
