This role is perfect for students or graduates passionate about agriculture, offering hands-on experience in crop scouting, soil testing, and customer interaction. Students will assist in operational tasks that drive profitability while gaining valuable industry exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with crop input retail activities
• Scout crops for weeds, diseases, and insects
• Conduct soil and tissue testing efficiently
• Help purchase, store, and ship grain
• Provide excellent customer service to farm customers
Requirements:
• Strong interest in Agriculture and related fields
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Enrollment in Agriculture degree or diploma program
• Valid driver’s license needed
