Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven experience in community development or a related social work field.
- Strong understanding of development principles and community engagement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with the social and economic context of Kimberley and the surrounding region.
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
