Job Description We are seeking a data-driven Analyst to support the optimization of acquisition and campaign-driven activities. This role will focus on analyzing performance, improving efficiency, and enabling more effective execution across customer acquisition initiatives.

Working closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams, the Analyst will help identify performance gaps, generate actionable insights, and support the continuous improvement of acquisition funnels, customer journeys, and budget effectiveness.

Accountabilities

Analyze acquisition funnel performance (e.g., traffic, conversion, drop-off) to identify insights and support recommendations that improve outcomes

Support tracking and analysis of budgets, cost-per-acquisition, and channel performance to enhance spend efficiency

Develop and maintain presentations and reporting to provide transparency into performance, timelines, and key metrics

Identify friction points across onboarding and application journeys and support data-driven improvements with product and channel teams

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (product, marketing, analytics, operations) to ensure alignment on execution priorities and dependencies

Support test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B testing and pilot programs, and synthesize results into actionable insights

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in any of the following: analytics, marketing operations, product analytics, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting performance data

Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)

Understanding of digital acquisition funnels and key performance metrics (e.g., conversion, CPA)

Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams

Who You Are

You're currently a self-directed investor and have opinions on how to do it

Data-driven and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and insight generation

Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency

Why This Role Matters Current team capacity is fully absorbed by existing delivery commitments, limiting the ability to address emerging needs in acquisition efficiency, data analysis, and execution optimization. This role provides dedicated support to close these gaps, enabling improved performance outcomes while allowing the broader team to sustain core delivery expectations.
