About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales operations in the Northern Cape region, based out of Kimberley. This leadership role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing regional sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will be responsible for fostering a high-performance sales culture, providing mentorship, and driving business growth within the assigned territory. This hybrid role combines essential field responsibilities with office-based planning and team management, offering a energetic work environment. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective regional sales plans to achieve company objectives. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance. Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify and develop new market opportunities within the Northern Cape. Manage key client relationships and support the sales team in closing significant deals.



Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes across the region. Requirements

Proven experience in sales management and team leadership. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional capacity.
