In this role, you will master food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. As a Kitchen Leader, you will ensure food quality and safety while mentoring Crew members to become future leaders. Your responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen, managing food inventory, and fostering teamwork between Crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook food to ensure quality and freshness
• Monitor inventory and manage food waste effectively
• Train and develop Crew members into Kitchen Leaders
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment in positive condition
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and guidelines
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Open availability, including weekends
• Minimum of 32 hours work per week
• Strong communication skills required
