Become a pivotal part of Doman Building Materials Group as a Warehouse Supervisor located in Sudbury, Ontario. Lead warehouse operations and ensure safety and efficiency every day.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will direct warehouse operations, including order picking and shipping, while reporting directly to the Branch Supervisor. Your focus will be on achieving top-notch customer service levels and ensuring compliance with both internal and external safety standards. You will coordinate staffing levels, manage resources, and supervise warehouse employees to maintain productivity.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee efficient product flow and transportation • Guarantee order accuracy and timely shipping processes • Create staff schedules and oversee performance management • Investigate customer complaints effectively • Implement safety protocols and maintain warehouse organization

Requirements: • Three years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse • Solid background in health and safety regulations • Robust team building and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems • High school diploma or GED; additional education preferred
