The ideal applicant should have a solid grasp of transactional documents, title searches, and meeting client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage transactions from opening to closing • Prepare client reports and transactional documents • Service Mortgage Investment Corporation files • Communicate with clients and stakeholders professionally • Conduct title searches and review related documentation

Requirements: • Graduate of a Canadian Law Clerk Diploma program • Minimum 3 years of residential real estate law experience • Proficiency with Unity/Conveyancer and Teraview • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience mentoring junior staff is a plus
