Reporting to the Recreation Manager, you will assist in planning and implementing activities tailored for residents' interests. This role requires interaction with families, volunteers, and leadership to foster community engagement. You'll also be entrusted to maintain department records and participate in team meetings, enriching the residents' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning meaningful programs for residents
• Maintain accurate department records and assessments
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff




• Facilitate scheduled outings for residents
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate daily activities
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation, Gerontology or equivalent
• Prior experience working with seniors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license for transporting residents
