- Guide and support newly qualified and early career social workers, helping them develop confidence and skills through hands-on coaching and mentoring.
- Promote career development within the team, ensuring best practice and high standards.
- Carry a caseload, providing expert advice and decision-making in complex situations.
- Help shape and implement service improvements, contributing to the advancement of the Social Work Academy.
- Liaise with other departments and agencies to ensure service users receive comprehensive and effective support.
