In this Dishwasher position, you will work under the guidance of our Executive Chef to ensure an efficient and clean kitchen workplace. You will handle various dishwashing tasks and help sustain high sanitation standards that contribute to the guest experience at our historic hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
• Operate dish cleaning machines and set up stations
• Wash, load, and unload dishes, pans, and utensils
• Dry and store dishes in appropriate places
• Adhere to Archive standards and policies
Requirements:
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capacity to handle physical aspects of the work
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
