This full-time Server position requires you to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, where you'll create memorable dining experiences for seniors. You'll assist in meal preparation, ensure cleanliness, and promote a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your efforts will foster relationships and enhance residents' happiness in daily life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute hospitality-style service using Ready, Set, Serve
• Help with food prep and presentation under Chef’s direction
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards




• Track and promote a la carte and wine sales
• Participate in safety drills and training
Requirements:
• Smart Serve or Serve It Right designation necessary
• Minimum one year experience in dining service
• Proven skills in customer service for diverse clientele
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Eligibility to work in Canada with background check clearance
