The City of Red Deer is currently seeking a full time Parks Labourer 2 to bolster operations within its Parks system. This role encompasses a range of duties from snow removal to serving as a leader in vegetation planting projects. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide training and leadership to junior labourers • Perform construction and maintenance tasks following guidelines • Safely operate and maintain fleet vehicles and equipment • Communicate with various stakeholders regarding operations • Manage the ordering and distribution of park supplies

Requirements: • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in landscaping or parks • Must hold a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License • Certification in Standard First Aid • Capability to work physically in diverse conditions • Experience mentoring and collaborating within a team
