Make a positive impact on children's lives as a part-time Child Support Worker in Edmonton, Beaumont, and Leduc. This role offers 15-30 hours per week, with driving required for client visits.
We are looking for passionate caregivers with 1-2 years of supportive care experience, particularly those knowledgeable about Autism. A Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications such as First Aid and a social service worker certificate are preferred. You'll work flexible schedule Monday and Friday, from 3 PM to 6 PM, helping children in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supportive care to children with special needs
• Engage and interact positively with clients during visits
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Accompany children to activities and appointments
• Collaborate with families to track progress and plan care
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of supportive care experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with insurance
• First Aid Certification and Police Clearance
• Experience working with Autism is mandatory
