You will work closely with the Executive Chef to redefine culinary direction and redesign the guest dining experience at Whitehorn Bistro and related venues in Lake Louise, AB. You will lead a hands-on culinary team, shape seasonal menus, manage costings and inventory, and help drive growth while maximizing profitability.
