As a BIM Designer, you will utilize BIM technology to create and modify electrical design drawings while adhering to company standards. Ideal candidates possess a robust background in Revit and have a minimum of three to five years of CAD experience, particularly in electrical design. Collaboration with project managers, other trades, and the site team is essential for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model electrical services in Revit per IFC and design intent
• Maintain BIM standards across projects and coordinate services
• Implement shop drawings to reflect equipment accuracy




• Produce virtual files for project site decision-making
• Develop electrical layouts from 3D Revit files and As-Builds
Requirements:
• College diploma in Architectural Technology or similar
• BIM Certification and Revit experience required
• 3-5 years of CAD experience in electrical design
• 1-2 years of US BIM coordinator experience
• Knowledge of construction industry and electrical contracting preferred
