The scheduling coordinator will have regular communication with staff and the leadership team.REPORTS TO:Quality LeadDATE REQUIRED:Approximately October 2026-December 2027SALARY:$26.09 - $31.02 per hourQUALIFICATIONS:Education:- Completion of High School Diploma- Completion of a Community College Business/Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Program, or equivalent experience an assetExperience:- Previous experience in scheduling staff an asset- Previous experience in a long-term care setting an asset- Previous experience with computerized scheduling software an assetAbilities:- Excellent working knowledge of Collective Agreements- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written required- Strong ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail and manage constantly changing/competing priorities- Ability to work in a fast paced, often stressful,
