Your role will focus on implementing programming that develops personal skills and supports educational growth. The position also involves crisis management and client-centered approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on training in life skills and recreation
• Design and execute personalized therapeutic programs
• Assist clients with daily activities and hygiene support
• Promote client advocacy within the community
• Attend agency workshops for continuous learning
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field like Psychology or Social Work
• Experience working with children or youth with disabilities
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
• Certification in First Aid/CPR; valid driver's license
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
