Hatch is seeking dedicated third or fourth-year engineering students focused on Chemical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering for its co-op program. You will support the metals business by tackling engineering challenges related to pyrometallurgy. Key Responsibilities:
• Solve engineering challenges in process metallurgy and thermochemistry • Collaborate in multi-disciplinary technical teams • Create technical reports and client presentations • Research new metallurgical and process technologies • Develop and test process models and simulation tools
Requirements: • 3rd or 4th year Engineering student preferred • Background in Chemical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering • Previous co-op or research experience is a plus • Strong academic performance required • Good understanding of process engineering fundamentals
