Combined with the use of rope access technology and inspection expertise, we provide a comprehensive inspection and repair solution for the wind industry.Acuren Wind Canada Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedWind Turbine MaintenanceQuality Coordinatorto support our wind turbine maintenance operations, with a strong focus on turbine platforms and standards. This role is responsible for ensuring all work performed onsite meets company, client and regulatory quality requirements while driving continuous improvement across projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused skilled who thrives in a field environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards in the renewable energy sector.Position DetailsRotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6-week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This would vary depending on project and client requirementsStart Date: Approximately May 25, 2026.Duration: 3 months; Duration may varydepending on project and client requirementsRate: $30.00 - $40.00 (Pay rates are based upon level of experience and certifications)Location & Travel: Quebec, flights and accommodations providedPlease note a pre-employment D&A will be required for this positionResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures aligned with client standards and specificationsEnsure all work complies with company, client and regulatory requirementsConduct audits, inspections, and quality checks on ongoing and completed workReview and verify documentation including work packs, inspection reports,
and turnover packages in accordance with client documentation and QA/QC requirementsOversee and validate critical bolting activities, including torquing and hydraulic tensioning of structural components (tower flanges, blade connections, drivetrain components)Ensure adherence to client bolt-up procedures, torque/tension values, and tightening sequencesSupport implementation and compliance of digital/smart tensioning systems, ensuring full traceability and accurate data capture for critical jointsVerify proper calibration and use of torque and tensioning equipment in line with client requirementsIdentify non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actionsCollaborate with Site Managers, HSE, and technicians to ensure quality compliance across all site activitiesTrack and report on key quality metrics and performance indicatorsParticipate in client and client audits, inspections, and quality reviewsMaintain strict control of QA/QC documentation, including bolting records, calibration certificates, and turnover packagesRequirementsProven experience in a Quality Coordinator or Quality Lead role within wind energy, preferably on turbine platformsExperience working with Vestas towers would be considered an assetStrong understanding of quality management systems (QMS)
