If you thrive on building brands and relationships, leading teams, and achieving outstanding results, apply today!About the role:The Head of Student Recruitment, Outreach and Marketing role is an exceptional opportunity for an enterprising, self-directed sales & marketing leader who brings demonstrated experience in sales, community outreach, digital & brand marketing, who has a sense of urgency and a drive for results, and who genuinely enjoys interacting with career-driven students.Based on the Halifax or the Vancouver campus, and reporting remotely to the Senior Vice President, Canada with dotted line reporting to the Executive Director of Growth Marketing, the Head of Student Recruitment acts as thestrategic & operational integrator, ensuring that all recruitment channels work together as one cohesive system—driving awareness, consideration, engagement, conversion, and enrolment through integrated outreach and marketing plans, end-to-end coordinated planning, strong leadership, and data-informed decision-making.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe role’s primary mandate is to design and execute anintegrated, multi – channel recruitment & marketing strategy :Strategic Leadership & PlanningDevelop and own acomprehensive student recruitment strategyaligned with institutional growth goals, enrolment targets, and brand positioning.Build anintegrated annual recruitment planthat aligns traditional marketing, digital, social, community outreach, events, partnerships, and admissions activity.Translate institutional priorities intoclear audience strategies(domestic, international onshore/ offshore, adult learners, specific programs, equity-seeking groups).Forecast enrolment pipelines and adjust strategies based on market demand, seasonality,



and performance data.Integrated Channel CoordinationEnsureconsistent messaging and timingacross all recruitment channels.Act as thecentral point of coordinationbetween marketing, admissions, community outreach, faculty, alumni, and external vendors/agencies.Digital & Performance Marketing OversightIn close collaboration with the global Growth Marketing & Customer Marketing teams, overseelead generation and conversion strategyacross digital channels.Set KPIs for each stage of the recruitment funnel.Use data and insights to rapidly adjust campaigns and reallocate budget.Community Outreach & Events StrategyLead strategy forhigh‑impact recruitment events, both virtual and in‑person.Support the Community Outreach Coordinators’ efforts to build partnerships.Develop scalable event models that integrate follow‑up nurturing.Cross‑Functional LeadershipPartner closely with central and Canada Marketing, Admissions, Academics, Operations and Student services.Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing recruitment and outreach team.Manage agencies, consultants, and third‑party partners where applicable.Foster a warm, student‑centred culture focused on integrity, care, and conversion excellence.Data, Insights & ReportingBuild adata‑driven recruitment culture, using dashboards, CRM data, and campaign analytics.Monitor performance by channel, segment, and program.Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Use research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and positioning.Brand Stewardship & MessagingCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure recruitment campaigns reflect aclear, compelling value propositionfor prospective students.Maintain consistent tone, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints.Incorporate student voices, outcomes, and success metrics into recruitment narratives.Continuous Improvement & InnovationTest new channels, messages, technologies, and partnership models.Stay current on trends in higher education marketing, digital platforms, and student decision‑making.Drive continuous improvement in cost‑per‑lead, yield, and enrolment quality.Person SpecificationsA proven, seasoned recruiterwith at least5 years’ experiencein Canadian higher education or Career College recruitment, where employment outcomes and career readiness are top priorities.A Strategic & Systems ThinkerAble to see thefull recruitment ecosystem, connect channels,
