Park Place Seniors Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Shannon Falls Seniors Community. Under the Site Leader's direction, you will oversee buildings and grounds, ensuring a protected, operable, and welcoming environment for residents, guests and staff.
You will lead preventative maintenance, manage staff and trades, handle quotes, and maintain fire safety and snow/ice prevention during winter. This is a Monday–Friday role with on-call evenings and weekends for emergencies.
