About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Kimberley. You will be trained in all facets of the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to assisting with client engagements, contributing to the talent acquisition needs of businesses in the Northern Cape. The role offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior consultants in sourcing and screening candidates across various industries.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone and video calls.
- Maintain and update candidate records and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the client engagement process by scheduling interviews and gathering feedback.




- Learn and implement effective recruitment strategies and best practices.

Requirements

- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business, Marketing, Human Resources).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Robust organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tasks within a hybrid environment.
