Fleet Canada Inc. is actively seeking a Liaison Engineering Specialist to support our aerospace manufacturing operations in Fort Erie. Utilize your engineering expertise in a dynamic, full-time setting focused on compliance and continuous improvement.In this important role, you will manage non-conforming products, engage with MRB activities, and provide essential technical direction to the production and inspection teams. Your keen insight into aerospace materials and processes will play a vital role in supporting operational goals while ensuring regulatory conformance.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and disposition non-conforming products based on DMRs
- Engage in MRB discussions to present evaluations
- Prepare DMRs for customer submissions when necessary
- Offer technical guidance regarding engineering requirements
- Identify training needs for compliance and certificationRequirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant diploma in Engineering
- Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering processes
- Experience in non-conformance and MRB activities
- Excellent analytical and technical documentation skills
