- 2–3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Full fluency in both English and French (mandatory)
- Strong talent sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- ATS experience (Workday is an asset)
- Corporate or agency recruitment experience is preferred
