About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Childcare Centre Manager to lead their facility in Kimberley. This leadership role is responsible for the overall operation, management, and quality assurance of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, liaise with parents, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a key position for an individual passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to excellence in childcare in the Northern Cape region.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ensure the centre meets and exceeds all regulatory and safety standards for childcare.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs and activities for children of various ages.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and the wider community, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.




- Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and administrative duties.

Requirements

- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of childcare regulations, best practices, and child development principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic financial management.
