Reporting to the Recreation Director, this role emphasizes planning and monitoring activities that address the residents' evolving needs. You’ll engage with family members and volunteers while ensuring effective communication about upcoming events. Your active participation in educational in-services and team meetings is crucial for creating resident-centered programs and evaluating daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on developing enriching resident programs
• Assess and document residents’ physical and social progress




• Facilitate communication with families and other staff members
• Attend educational workshops for continuing development
• Organize and execute daily activities effectively
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or a similar field
• Relevant experience working with seniors
• Proficient with Point Click Care technology
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Current VPS screening within 6 months
