About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive AI Operations (AIOps) Engineer to enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of their AI systems and infrastructure across their various operations, including those in Kimberley . This role leverages AI and machine learning to automate IT operations, predict potential issues, and optimize system performance. You will be instrumental in implementing and managing AIOps tools and strategies to ensure seamless delivery of AI services. This is an exciting role for an IT operations professional with a passion for leveraging AI to improve system management and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage AIOps platforms and tools to monitor and analyze IT infrastructure and application performance.
- Develop automation solutions for operational tasks, incident detection, and root cause analysis using AI/ML.
- Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with IT operations, development, and data science teams to integrate AIOps practices.




- Optimize system performance and resource utilization through intelligent automation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and tooling.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, SRE, or systems administration, with a focus on automation.
- Experience with monitoring tools, logging platforms, and data analysis.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in IT operations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
