As the Aquatics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the orderly execution of swimming lessons and aquatic activities. The position mandates a thorough understanding of aquatic programming and solid leadership skills to navigate operational demands effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high operational standards for aquatic programs
• Manage member communication and satisfaction effectively
• Recruit and train lifeguards and swim instructors




• Monitor aquatic equipment and safety compliance
• Develop engaging marketing materials for aquatics
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education an asset
• 3-5 years in aquatic program delivery and leadership
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a relevant field
• Current certifications in Lifeguarding and Swimming instruction
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal abilities
