Main Responsibilities Operate assigned snow removal equipment and tools safely and efficiently Conduct pre and post-operation inspections and perform minor repairs if needed Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues during operations Accurately record operational data in our software and reporting tools Perform other related duties as required What you need to be successful Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record ( Class 3 is an asset ) 2 years of snow removal or heavy equipment operation experience (training provided if needed) Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and windy conditions Available Full time, 24/7 during snow events Reliable, responsible, and physically fit Must have reliable transportation to our LaSalle office or other designated sites The Strathmore Advantages Paid overtime (1.5× hourly rate) Guaranteed hours during the winter season High-quality uniforms provided On-site parking available Year-round employment opportunities (summer & winter) Career development and certification programs A respectful, safety-focused company culture built on teamwork and pride Strathmore Landscape Management – Excellence, teamwork, and sustainable practices since 1963.
