FedEx is hiring a Flex Driver at 45 Di Poce Way, Woodbridge, ON. This is a part-time casual position focused on timely package delivery along predetermined routes, with flexible shift opportunities based on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes in a timely manner
- Review orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to FedEx's client base
- Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and re-currency training
- Maintain compliance with FedEx Canada operational standards

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driving record — two or fewer violations/accidents in the past 24 months
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience preferred




- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured workplace
- Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset
- Bilingual (French and English) required if residing in Quebec

Flexible shift opportunities are available. Minimum and maximum hours and days of work will be determined based on business requirements. This position requires approximately 3 months to learn and adjust to the job.
