You will also assist in behavior modification efforts and act as a liaison between students, parents, and teaching staff to facilitate communication and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with staff to refine individualized education plans • Support students academically and behaviorally in real-time • Prepare and conduct engaging educational activities • Help students with homework and reading comprehension • Provide detailed reports on student progress and needs

Requirements: • Diploma in Special Care Counselling or recognized equivalent • First aid certification and refresher courses required • Familiarity with provincial regulations on symbol wearing • Experience in crisis intervention techniques preferred • Solid commitment to educational equity and diversity
