In this in-office position, you'll play an essential role in managing processes related to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Partner programs. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will enhance efficiency while you handle the administration of various systems. This dynamic role focuses on continuously improving People & Culture initiatives to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain up-to-date training materials and P&C; resources • Support ad hoc P&C; projects across various functions • Administer ATS and coordinate recruitment operations • Track and maintain P&C; data for key metrics • Contribute to Partner initiatives and program enhancements

Requirements: • Experience in HR or related field preferred • Post-secondary education in HR or Business considered an asset • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication abilities • Tech-savvy with experience in HR Technology
