Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)
Location: Guildford Town Centre, Surrey BC.
Contract: Seasonal, part-time basis.
Duration: This position will last until 3 Jan 2026, subject to change based on business needs.
Availability: Up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days. (Availability must be given; not guaranteed to be scheduled for 25 hours.)
Responsibilities
- Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions (80%)
- Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Process information/merchandise through the register system
- Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides
- Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
Physical specifications
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers.
Compensation
The starting salary for this position is $20.05.
A bonus scheme with an annual target bonus of of the base salary is in place for this position, subject to contractual terms as well as a standard benefit package.
