The Opportunity The Service Advisor's role is to provide an excellent customer experience. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand. If you enjoy building relationships with people and you like to provide value-added services by selling, then this position is for you! This is a full-time, hourly-paid position, and the working hours are Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Schedule service work in the service department

Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer

Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services

Explaining the advantages and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers





Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software

Bilingual in English and French (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred

High school diploma or GED required

Solid interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills

Likes helping people

Good work ethic

Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract
