Sienna Senior Living is looking for a dedicated server in a casual setting. In this role, your primary tasks will include meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a safe and inviting dining environment. You will play an essential part in ensuring residents enjoy their dining experience in alignment with our core value of respect and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hospitality-style service per the Ready, Set, Serve Program
• Prepare food presentations under the guidance of the Chef
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in food service areas




• Drive sales for a la carte and wine services
• Engage in emergency preparedness training and drills
Requirements:
• Mandatory Smart Serve or Serve It Right designation
• One year of experience in a dining workplace required
• Preferred Safe Food Handling Certification
• Knowledge of the aging process and experience with seniors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
