Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grader for road maintenance year-round
• Perform minor maintenance on assigned equipment
• Change blades and assist with machinery upkeep




• Report infrastructure issues to the Foreman
• Participate in Health, Safety, and Wellness Program
Requirements:
• High school diploma and valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License
• Minimum three years of motor grader operation experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Class 3 Alberta Driver’s License is a plus
• Familiarity with rural community operations is beneficial
