Be part of our energetic team at the Hercules branch in Edmonton, AB, as a full time Shipper/Receiver. Your role will ensure the smooth execution of all warehouse operations and customer order fulfillment.
Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day warehouse logistics. Key tasks include managing shipping and receiving activities, completing cycle counts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position also supports the Production Team and includes packing outgoing shipments with transport companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize workflows according to order due dates
• Complete cycle count activities effectively




• Provide support to retail sales and maintain top customer service
• Conduct checks to ensure quality of outgoing orders
• Sort and unload incoming shipments efficiently
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse experience is essential
• Strong computer skills for operational software
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs safely
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
