This is a ground-floor prospect on an early engineering team building an AI-native FP&A SaaS platform that helps finance teams modernize planning, forecasting, and reporting. You'll work closely with technical leadership to deliver high-impact features across multiple product engineering teams — with real ownership from day one.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.- Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code with strong CI/CD practices.- Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture.- Collaborate with Design and Operations teams on continuous product improvements.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 5–10+ years of fullstack engineering experience,



ideally as a balanced fullstack or strongly frontend-focused engineer.- Solid experience building frontends with React.- Experience with MongoDB as an application database and BigQuery for analytics and large dataset queries.- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong collaboration skills working alongside senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.- Genuine interest in building AI-focused products in a fast-moving environment.- Background at a high-caliber technology or consulting organization is a plus.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSBase salary range: $150,000 – $220,000 USD annually.
