Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors Provide exceptional customer service Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training Lift, position, and install door components as required Requirements

Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices Minimum age of 21 Must successfully obtain AAADM certification within twelve (12) months of employment and maintain certification as required Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring Access control systems knowledge is a plus Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware is preferred Valid driver’s license and a positive driving record Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively Ability to occasionally lift, position, and install door components weighing up to 110 pounds with lifting aids,
