Under the direction of the Elders, you will design and implement activities that encourage education, health, and community bonding. Your role includes maintaining emergency protocols, organizing cultural exchanges with Elders, and managing the Youth Centre’s overall operations. Key Responsibilities:



• Create and distribute monthly activity schedules • Organize youth training sessions and conferences • Ensure the safety and upkeep of the Youth Centre • Collaborate with local youth service providers • Conduct inventory management for center supplies

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of relevant youth work experience • Understanding of Lil’wat culture and traditions • Solid emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills • Certification in Level One First Aid and CPR • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
