This position involves direct customer interaction, assisting with CMG software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across various HPC setups—on-prem, cloud, or hybrid. Your technical expertise will be crucial in resolving licensing issues and optimizing job submission scripts, while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assist customers with installations and upgrades of CMG software • Troubleshoot MPI job execution and collect diagnostic logs • Guide users through troubleshooting and support processes • Maintain Linux-based compute infrastructure for performance • Verify licensing entitlements and resolve runtime licensing issues

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in a technical support role • Experience with Linux and Windows HPC environments • Familiarity with MPI implementations and networking • Knowledge of HPC schedulers like SLURM or PBS • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
