Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop power electronic circuits (DC/DC, DC/AC, magnetic components, switching circuits, gate drivers) aligned with functional safety (ISO 26262). Perform simulations and calculations to support component selection (IGBT, SiC MOSFET, capacitors, inductors, control circuits). Design and support PCB development, considering thermal performance and signal integrity. Support EMC-compliant design practices, DFMEA, risk assessments, and design reviews. Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, prototype, and benchmarking teams. Support customer meetings and communicate technical concepts to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders. Contribute documentation, design processes, and release activities for electronic products. Support quality problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to R&D; and evaluation of new technologies for power electronics applications. Lead responses to customer RFI/RFQ for new product development Stay informed on new products from our competitors, as well as regulatory requirements Lead customer proposal meetings,



as well as internal gate reviews for recent business approval Collaborate with prototype, production manufacturing, benchmarking teams and incorporate new/unique features into the design roadmap Represent the companyas a technical expertwhen meeting with clients Education and Qualifications

Master’s degreein electrical engineering with a focus on Power Electronics. PhD is a plus. 3+ years with a Master’s degreeor 1+ years with a PhD Knowledge ofAltiumDesigner and or other common PCB CAD tools Knowledge of simulation tools MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape, SPICE Knowledge of requirements management tools such as Polarion, DOORS, JAMA is a plus Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Experience inautomotive functional safety according to ISO26262 is a plus. French/English bilingual is a plus Confident and effective communicator capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders in multi-disciplinary teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, self-driven, and organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
