We’re looking for a driven and personable Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage a defined territory selling our innovative polyurethane foam injection solutions . This is a true field-based sales role focused on relationship building, consultative selling, and territory growth—not an inside sales or order desk position. You’ll work independently in the field while being fully supported by an experienced team, industry-leading products, and ongoing training. Territory: Southern Alberta (Red Deer south), Southern Saskatchewan, and the Kootenays Industry Focus: Infrastructure, construction, municipal, and commercial sectors What You’ll Be Doing Sell polyurethane foam injection solutions to clients across multiple industries Actively prospect and network with: Engineering firms, general contractors focused on infrastructure, municipalities and provincial government, property managers, restoration companies Build robust, long-term relationships with new clients while maintaining high satisfaction with existing customers Manage the full customer experience from bid through to payment Attend networking events and trade shows to promote Poly-Mor Canada within commercial and professional networks Use HubSpot CRM to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and support forecasting Grow and develop your territory through consistent,
