In this machine operator role, you will contribute to the Production and Maintenance Team. Your responsibilities include operating machinery, performing automation and maintenance tasks, and reducing downtime. You will guide a team and work closely with Food Safety and Sanitation teams to meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machines for processing food products
• Achieve and maintain production efficiencies
• Guide team members in production tasks
• Perform pre and post inspections on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 6 months to 1 year machine operating experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as required
• Capable of working in a refrigerated setting
• Basic computer skills required
