As a Charitable Pickup Driver, you will work up to 29 hours weekly, helping to collect clothing and household items. You'll ensure compliance with safety regulations and perform pre and post-trip inspections while interacting positively with the public. Your driving experience will help support the organization’s goals and divert waste from landfills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive established routes for donation pickups
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Complete daily paperwork and log Hours-of-Service
• Communicate with dispatch during routes
• Provide positive interactions with donors
Requirements:
• Full Class 5 or G license is required
• Minimum 5 years driving experience
• Clean driver abstract, less than 21 days old
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle 10-50 lbs. loads
