The Manual Tester will be responsible for validating software quality through comprehensive manual testing across multiple testing levels and methodologies. The role requires strong Oracle Database and SQL experience, a solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes, and the ability to create and execute detailed test cases, identify defects, analyze results, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute detailed test cases based on functional and business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Validate application functionality and identify defects through structured manual testing.
- Analyze test results and apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate testing results, defects, and quality concerns.
- Utilize Oracle Database and SQL for data validation and testing activities.




- Follow established SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
- Document and track defects using Jira, ALM, or similar defect tracking tools.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Manual Software Testing / QA.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing detailed test cases.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar tools.
