Experience managing multidisciplinary health teams, implementing change initiatives, using data and performance metrics, working with electronic medical records, and engaging internal and external partners is essential. Strong communication, leadership, analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder relations skills are required. Duties include leading and supporting provincial health care service delivery, conducting research and jurisdictional scans, analyzing trends and program outcomes, reviewing health service complaints and appeals, consulting with stakeholders, developing and delivering training and orientation sessions, facilitating information sharing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
