A growing construction management firm with a strong pipeline of new-build ICI projects across the GTA is expanding its project team.

With exciting projects on the horizon and continued business growth, they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects from pre-construction through completion.

The Opportunity

As the Project Manager, you’ll be at the centre of the action, bringing together clients, consultants, contractors, trades, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward and ensure successful delivery.

You’ll take the lead across schedules, budgets, contracts, coordination, and overall project performance, working closely with the site team and project stakeholders from early planning through turnover.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are met
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, forecasts, and reporting
- Coordinating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, trades, suppliers, and internal teams
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes, and project documentation to identify issues and opportunities early
- Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, site instructions, and project documentation
- Monitoring project costs, progress, quality, and schedule performance




- Identifying risks and proactively resolving issues before they become problems
- Working closely with the Site Superintendent and field team to coordinate construction activities and maintain momentum
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Providing leadership, direction, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
